The Deck is Finished
The Merrimack NH deck is finished, it actually has been finished for almost 2 weeks now but I have not been able to take pictures because it has either been raining or overcast. The deck came out beautiful, take note how we wrapped the pressure treated frame with white Azek boards to provide a clean, seamless look. The Homeowners are very pleased with the end product. Evan Jones the Electrician for this project did a fantastic job relocating electrical outlets and installing new exterior lights for the new sliding glass door.
Decking and Slider
The Merrimack, NH deck is coming along nicely. As you can see from this picture we have installed the decking, we are using a new process where we nail the decking into the deck joist on the side of the board. This eliminates the need for putting unslightly screws into the deck. The railings are put together and ready to be installed to the posts. We also removed two double hung windows and installed an Andersen Sliding glass door. The deck looks beautiful and the Homeowner is extermely happy. Garage Addition

Additions – In-Law Apartments
Addition
Last year we built this beautiful addition in Milford NH for a family, it looks as if it was built when the house was built many years ago. This Homeowner needed his mother to live with the family, she is still vibirant and wanted to live on her own so the family decided to build her an In-Law Apartment. The Town of Milford NH approved the permit for an In-Law Apartment which included a kitchenette, bedroom, living room and bathroom. Over the past 5 years we have built 6 In-Law Apts, more families are finding the living arrangements very agreeable.

We purchase our decking material from PJ Currier Lumber in Amherst, NH. Our customers prefer AZEK Decking materials as they are made completely from PVC plastic materials.
