We finished the deck in Bedford NH and it came out beautiful, the homeowner chose a grey color for their decking. It is the same deck size as before, we also left the same pressure treated deck frame, and all we did was replace the old splintered decking and rails. If the deck frame is still secure and in good condition there is no reason to replace them and why not save some money. New Deck in Bedford NH

This homeowner in Bedford NH wants to update their deck; currently the wood is cracking and peeling. Keith is going to remove the decking, railings, stair treads and keep the pressure treated frame. He will then use Azek decking and Azek railings to update this larger deck. What a great way to save money by keeping the original footings and deck frame and just have the decking/railings replaced.
