Earl Cook and his team at Peniel Environmental professionally removed the molded insulation and drywall from the home and they also removed the asbestos popcorn ceiling. Allen Remodeling then came to the jobsite and installed insulation, drywall, we taped and mudded the walls and installed new bedroom doors. This picture is from the finished basement that we just completed in Milford, NH. The Homeowner wanted a set of finished stairs for this room instead of carpeting them. PJ Currier Lumber in Amherst, NH has hardwood oak stair treads and a great variety of stair posts and handrails. Keith is extremely detailed in the design, construction and implementation of the finish staircase so that each application comes out perfect. In the past we have demolished a set of stairs for a Homeowner in Merrimack NH and replaced with a winding staircase. Another customer wanted the carpeting removed from their staircase and have hardwood treads and risers installed.

finished basement
The basement remodel in Milford NH is now complete, it has been framed, insulated, drywalled, finish trim applied and painted. There is over 900 sq ft of finished basement here and everything looks fabulous!!!
Keith spent extra time on the details, making sure the joints on the drywall were tight, this little detail matters immensely as if the joints are too tight there will be buckling or if they are too loose the Drywall Taper will have a difficult time applying the tape and mud.
The finish trim work came out gorgeous, Keith ensures that all the baseboard joints meet perfectly, no gaps allowed, the lally columns are wrapped with wood and finished with decorative base trim.
Finally the entire basement is painted, the walls and the trim. Everything looks superb and the Homeowner is extremely happy. Basement Remodel
The basement remodel is almost complete, we installed the finish trim and finished painting this past week. Keith will be going back for some final touches to the walls and the Homeowner will get carpet installed. Another Milford NH customer who is completely satisfied. Our next project slated is again for Milford NH and we will be building a new deck, stay tuned.
