Door Openings in Lyndeborough NH
We are onto the finish carpentry portion of the job, as shown in previous pictures where Keith installed the cabinetry in the customers home office. In these pictures Keith is cutting open an opening for new interior doors in the existing house which is completely out of level. While making sure that Keith’s new door jams are level he will use wood shims as filler to ensure that the new doors will be plum and level. After the painter has completely painted the new doors I will paste some new pictures.
Allen Remodeling has been working with an excellent, well respected driveway installation (paving) company, Theriault & Sons Paving out of Amherst NH. Our Lyndeborough NH customer currently has a dirt driveway and needs a new tarred driveway installed. We recommend two different paving contractors to our customer and by popular choice Dave Theriault of Theriault and Sons was given the contract to install their driveway.
Theriault & Sons Paving specializes in residential and commercial asphalt paving. They have been in the industry since 1956 and our customers are always first priority. We have worked with Dave and his crew for many years and highly recommend him.
If you a looking to have a new driveway installed or you need to have your driveway sealcoated before the winter give Dave a call at 603.889.PAVE (7283).
The project in Lyndeborough is almost coming to completion, we built the homeowner a two story addition to include a master bedroom and bathroom, a family room and office.
We also converted their attached barn into a two car garage, previously the barn was having in and the floor was just dirt. Keith and his crew installed support beams, lvl’s and additional framing and had JC foundations and Senecal Flooring assist in putting in a cement foundation and pad. Fimbel Garage Doors (Merrimack NH) installed two new barn like vinyl doors though they cannot be seen in this picture.
Mark Cedras of Markal Angelo Painting (Milford NH) has been busy painting the interior and exterior of the addition and the remaining portion of the exterior of the house. They choose Amherst Grey with black and white trim for the exterior, looks beautiful.
We are currently waiting for the interior doors to be delivered and this interior of this job will be complete. We have to give a big shout out to Donna Boerner of DB Interiors for performing an excellent job of managing the interior decorating, door selection and color coordinator for this interior project. Soon I will have interior photos when all is complete.
The final stages are completing the landscaping and installing the driveway, what a perfect way to end the job in the Fall.
July 4th is next week and many people, homeowners, apartment dwellers, will be purchasing American Flags to display on their property and proudly display their patronage.
When purchasing your flag please be sure the Red, White and Blue material is entirely made in the USA and not from China. My friend, business associate and Souhegan Valley Chamber Member is selling 100% made in the USA flags, Paul Tripp of Classic Signs, Amherst. If you are considering purchasing one for your business or home consider purchasing one from Classic Signs.
We have been busy working in Hollis NH at a horse farm. We have completed lots of miscellaneous projects such as installing two new windows where there were never windows before, replacing a lot of rotted clapboards, replacing exterior doors and building an overhang to the barn for the horses.
Our projects at Allen Remodeling include the smaller projects as well as the larger ones (additions, basement, bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks, porches, garages, sunrooms). We also repair siding, new doors and windows, basically anything that needs to fixed or built onto a house we can do, we can also build you a house if you are looking for a builder J!!!
