Siding Complete
We finished the siding on the second story addition in Bedford but unfortunately it is too cold to paint the exterior of the house so the Homeowner is going to wait until the Spring to paint the entire house. This has been a fabulous project, the Homeowner needed to add more space to their home. They added a very large master bedroom and large family room upstairs. Then we converted one of the bedrooms downstairs into a mudroom by opening up the wall and in turn making the existing living room bigger, such a great transformation. A big shout out of thanks to Evan Jones, Master Electrician of Milford NH for consistently providing great customer service and product!! Allen Remodeling is starting a new project next week in Hollis NH installing hardwood floors throughout the whole house.

Another advertising coup for Allen Remodeling. We have our marketing signs displayed at Walt’s Gas Station in Amherst NH. A potential customer in Bedford NH is considering building a large garage addition this year and was curious how late into the winter season a foundation can be put into the ground. What a great question, not many people understand when the ground freezes in the Souhegan Valley, Southern NH.
The answer is multi-purposeful, if we get snow early enough in the season and it insulates the ground then we can dig a foundation at anytime. The ground, barren, usually does not freeze until mid January. Now the winter of 2012 was mildly warm and the ground never froze and we put a foundation in the month of February, so you never really know you must watch the weather.
Projects we are still able to build through the winter is a deck, wood siding and window replacements. We service the entire Souhegan Valley concentrating in Amherst, Bedford, Brookline, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Over the summer we resided this house in Hollis NH with cedar clapboard siding and put a fresh coat of paint, we also painted the horse barn as well, not shown. We also built the overhang over the front door, replaced several windows on the house and performed multiple maintenance projects. Last year we also built and addition off the back of the house for this Homeowner as well.
