Starting a new project in Manchester NH this week. A couple just purchased an older ranch style home and would like to remodel the interior. They have hired, Allen Remodeling, to tear down some walls to enlarge their living space. Two of these walls are supporting walls so we will have to install LVL’s to support the rest of the house. We will also be demo’ing their existing kitchen and installing new cabinets for a complete kitchen remodel. Yes today happens to be one of the coldest days this winter so far and where are my guys working, outdoors! They are working in Milford NH for a customer who we have worked for several times over the past 10 years. They hired us to replace their exterior basement door with a new steel, fire rated, exterior door. They also want a small roof, almost like a portico without the columns and deck to prevent the rain from flooding the exit door. Later this year, in the spring, they would like us to build them a front porch, farmers porch and to remodel their kitchen.

Last winter we built an addition for a customer in Bedford NH, basically dormered their cape home for a bathroom addition. The space was large affording them to put their washer/dryer in the space along with a big soaking bathtub and a standup shower, vanity and toilet.
