We recently had our basement remodeled by Allen Remodeling and are extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process. From the start, my wife and I felt very comfortable with both Keith and Barbara, especially, how they listened to us and tried to capture everything we wanted. We actually met three times before any work ever started just to make sure that all our questions were answered. Barbara did an excellent job with the customer service end of the business, frequently calling to make sure we were pleased with the progress. She also spent a lot of time working with the town due to some special requirements for our basement. The focus was on our needs and not that of Allen Remodeling. Changes in the plan were never an issue. Keith and his crew also did a great job moving the job forward in a timely and professional manner.
