Allen Remodeling receives an A+ Reveiw from a Customer and the BBB

A customer emailed me from our website, www.AllenRemodeling.com and wanted a quote for deck.  This customer leaves in the Western part of the State so we provided the initial quote over the phone with the intent of making a personal appointment if our estimate was in their price range.  Please read below the great response I received from this Homeowner:

“Thank you Barbara.  I must say I am thoroughly impressed with your turnaround on an estimate.  Having dealt with dozens of contractors over the years on two homes, you are one of only a few who could actually produce an estimate via pictures and specs/measurements, without having to visit the site.  I know pictures help, but that tells me you really understand your business and costs, and as a financial professional, I appreciate that more than most.  

That cost is in the ballpark of what I was thinking for a plastic/vinyl alternative.  I will check out the materials you reference and be back to you.  The downside to your speediness is that I don’t have estimates from anyone else yet to compare to!  Thanks”
