Building a Second Story addition to a Ranch Home for additional space

We are working with a customer in Brookline NH to remove the roof from their ranch house and build a second story addition to include 3 bedrooms, a master bathroom and community bathroom.  This homeowner likes the area they are living in but need a larger home so building a second story to their home is a plausible solution.  This past summer we built a second story for a family in Bedford, NH to include a master bedroom suite and an enlarged family room.

This homeowner in Brookline, NH only wants Allen Remodeling to perform the demolition to the home, frame the second story, roof, install siding and install windows.  This homeowner is going to finish the remainder of the project by installing the electric, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall and flooring.

Working with the homeowner to meet their needs is first priority for Allen Remodeling.  We are more than happy to provide some building functions and not have to always be the General Contractor, let the homeowner be the building contractor and save some money.
