Building an Overhang and Front Porch in Milford NH

Yes today happens to be one of the coldest days this winter so far and where are my guys working, outdoors! They are working in Milford NH for a customer who we have worked for several times over the past 10 years. They hired us to replace their exterior basement door with a new steel, fire rated, exterior door. They also want a small roof, almost like a portico without the columns and deck to prevent the rain from flooding the exit door. Later this year, in the spring, they would like us to build them a front porch, farmers porch and to remodel their kitchen.
