Fall Construction Projects

The Fall season is currently upon us, Homeowners are calling to have rotted siding and trim replaced.  We are currently working with three Amherst NH families to replace the rotted siding and trim in their high impact areas.  We are using Azek trim boards wherever we can as they are manufactured from plastic and will never disintegrate.  There are also some windows that need replacing with new construction windows because the window trim is completely gone.

During the Fall season determining if new space is needed for your home with a basement or attic remodel.  Kitchen and bathroom remodels are also perfect interior jobs for any local contractor.

We are even in discussions with a Homeowner in Merrimack who is looking to build an in-law apartment for their parents.  Over the past 10 years Allen Remodeling has built at least 10 in-law apartments for children wanting to have their elderly parents move in with them.
