Lyndeborough addition is framed and sided
What a difference a few months can make, the before picture was taken in February and the after picture was taken mid April. Keith, Jeremiah and Eric finished the siding this month, they also refurbished the barn and converted it into a two car garage.
If you look to the right of the addition on the before and after picture you will notice how slick the new garage looks. Besides reframing the front of the barn to resemble a garage Keith needed to pour a cement pad for the garage floor and build a couple of knee walls to support the barn that was leaning.
The windows are from Harvey Industry , they are beautiful double hung windows to meet the energy savings requirements, they include low-e/argon and have full screens. For the siding Keith installed Azek , pvc boards, for additional strength and reinforcement. The turret was a nice addition to the building, it enhances the antiqueness of the whole building.
And if you are wondering why there are balloons on the front stairs, they were a gift from me for Keith’s 50th birthday!!!
