The Deck is framed, the decking and railings are installed!!

Decking and Railings

The weather has been 90-100 degrees this week. Keith and his crew were fortunate enough that the back of the house they are building the deck on is entirely in the shade all day long and were still able to work. As you notice from this picture, the deck has been framed, the decking and the railings are installed and we are now ready to install the ramp. The Homeowner wanted just a regular ramp built but the Town of Milford NH requires any ramp being built to be a handicap ramp, handicap accessible. Take note to how unattractive the pressure treated wood looks, when I post my next blog/picture you will see how Keith wraps the entire pressure treated frame with white Azek boards to hide the ugliness of the pressure treated.
