Deck Framing is complete

Deck construction

Thursday we framed the entire deck using pressure treated materials except for the post sleeves which are fir building materials.  Take notice how we pulled the siding off of the house so that we can ensure tyvek is in place and so we can attach the ledger board against the house sheathing.  We were supposed to install decking to this Merrimack, NH deck but it snowed today, 4/1/11 and Keith had to snow plow.  Mother Nature pulled a good April Fools joke on us all in New England.  The Azek decking, Sedona color, was delivered today and we will install the decking on Monday.  Watch for more pictures!!
