Keith and Jeremiah have been working hard to remove the existing roof and build the dormer on this Bedford NH house. Right now we have the addition framed and the shingles are installed on the roof. We are currently waiting for the window to be delivered by Harvey Industries, we are installing three awning windows mulled together to make one unit. Next the siding will be installed and the interior walls will be built so the plumber and the electrician can rough in their portion. Everything is looking great, can’t wait to see the siding and window in.

We are currently building a dormer (addition) in Bedford NH right now. The Homeowner is interested in enlarging their bedroom living space and adding a master bathroom. Increasing the living space to include a large oversized closet for the washer/dryer, oversized bathtub/shower, vanity and toilet. Some would be surprised that we would build during the winter months but this year we are experiencing a very mild weather pattern. It will take the team just 2 days to get the outside demolished, framed and weather tight and another two days to install the siding and the shingles.

We finished a house in Amherst NH a few weeks ago, we ripped their old siding from the house and we installed new vinyl siding. After we removed the siding we installed insulation board to give the house some additional protection against the elements and we also ensured that all cracks were chalked and no rotted wood was present. After the siding was installed we used Azek (plastic) trim boards for the corners of the house and the window trim. These are the hot spots where rotting can occur so by installing the Azek boards the Homeowner can be assured that they are protected.

Dormer

Construction is interesting sometimes how Homeowners needs shift in cycles. This summer we built over 10 brand new decks in Milford NH, Amherst NH, Bedford NH and Merrimack NH. Front Porch

Last month we built a brand new front porch for a customer in Merrimack NH. We used Azek Decking for the deck of the porch, Azek trim boards for the stair risers and corner boards, Azek posts and railings to finish everything up. The entire front porch is maintenance free made of PVC materials and will never need to be painted or stained. The easiest way to clean is by pressure washing once a year. It is amazing how a front porch can dress up the appearance of your home.
